We moved from out of state and every time we came to look Amanda had the routes planned for maximum efficiency. She included houses we found as well as ones she found. Since we were fairly specific about what we wanted she did not waste our time with houses that did not fit in our parameters. We have purchased through her twice now, and would not hesitate to use her again for a purchase or a sale.
